As part of our partnership with Central Minds our teams across Asia Pacific recently joined a interactive and insightful session on preventing burnout in the workplace with Dr. Sharmeen Shroff, founder and clinical psychologist at Central Minds. The insights gained were eye-opening and shed light on the importance of early recognition, understanding the underlying causes, addressing burnout at its core along with proactive measures to effectively combat it. Our teams were given hands-on guidance and tools to effectively support them in engaging in activities that promote their mental well-being.

At adm Group, we firmly believe that our employees are our most valuable asset, and their well-being is of utmost importance to us. The invaluable insights gained from the session have only strengthened our dedication to fostering a culture that prioritises mental health, work-life balance, and overall well-being.

Looking for the perfect recipe for your next fall gathering? Try this delicious Apple Cider Old Fashioned recipe from Recipe Runner using Deutsch Family Winery - Redemption Rye Whiskey.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup apple cider
2 ounces Redemption Rye Whiskey
1 teaspoon maple syrup
3 drops of bitters
1 apple slice, for garnish
1 orange slice, for garnish
Cinnamon stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
In a lowball glass, stir together the apple cider, whiskey, maple syrup and bitters until combined. Add in a large ice cube and top with an apple and orange slice and a cinnamon stick.

We are proud to support The Trevor Project, a non-profit organization that focuses on su***de prevention efforts among LGBTQ youth. We concluded Pride Month in style with a fun inter-office fundraiser. In a joint effort, the team members of Lapine, adm Group, and Effectus dressed in different colors of the rainbow each day and shared our colorful attire via Teams. For each picture shared, adm Group Americas made a donation to The Trevor Project that was matched by The Trevor Project Board of Directors. We raised a grand total of $3,210!
