Fire Flow Yoga
Hot yoga since 2014 I am a certified yoga teacher and have been teaching since 2014. I started off teaching once a week at Stephenville Dance Center.
Last year, I opened Fire Flow Yoga Studio to continue to spread my love for hot yoga and the many benefits a regular practice can bring. I work full time, so my class offering is limited for now. My current class schedule is:
Hot Yoga Mondays at 9am & 7:45 pm
Hot Yoga on Thursdays at 7:45 pm. All classes are $10 each and last 60-70 minutes.
More yoga is coming to the area! I'm excited to see Hico is getting some yoga classes! I plan on trying out the classes myself ❤️ I'm looking forward to being a student in someone else's class 😊

It's the last day of class! Join me for the last class at Fire Flow Yoga this evening at 7:45pm.
I can't express how much I've enjoyed meeting everyone over the last several years and I will definitely miss seeing y'all every week.
I will keep the Insta and FB pages going, and that's where I will post any future class offerings. Keep an eye out for videos and updates and please feel free to message me with any questions you have along the way.
Word is that we will soon have some new studios opening in the area and I hope to see you as a fellow classmate. I will share those as I see them! I'm sad to be leaving teaching, but I'm excited to see where life takes me.

It is with a heavy heart I must announce that I am closing the studio and taking an undefined hiatus from teaching yoga. My life and full time job are changing paths and I will no longer be able to dedicate myself to teaching a regular schedule.
I have enjoyed teaching over the last nine (almost ten!) years and I'm not going away forever. I have loved meeting and getting to know y'all over the years and seeing your amazing progress through yoga.
The last class will be Thursday December 21 at 7:45pm
Please be on the lookout for pop up classes this spring and summer and I may make myself available to sub classes here and there.
I want to thank everyone for supporting me and the studio over the years. I will miss seeing y'all every week.
