Sterling Ministerial Alliance

One of the best things about Vacation Bible School each year is watching our community come together for the common good of our kids.

This summer Community VBS 2024 will be held Monday, June 10 - Friday, June 14 from 9:00am-Noon.�

This year’s leadership/planning team and volunteer roster is now being put together and we’d love to see the names of past participants plus new friends included!

So bring a friend or two and join us for an informational meeting Sunday, January 28 at 1:00pm in the Connection Café at the Sterling First United Methodist Church, 137 N Broadway.

Our first Summer Community Meal will be served tonight from 5:00pm-6:30pm at the First United Methodist Church, 137 N Broadway. There is no charge for the meal.

(Please note that there will not be a meal on Wednesday, June 8 due to the community Vacation Bible School)

The First United Methodist Church is tonight’s host and they will be serving grilled hot dogs, chips, fruit and ice cream sandwiches.

The “Kids Kupboard”, located in the Sterling Free Public Library, 138 N Broadway will open on June 14.

Participating churches include the following churches in Sterling; First United Methodist, CrossPoint, Encounter Church, the Reformed Presbyterian Church, and the United Presbyterian Church.
