Sometimes we have “pop up” science projects! Miss Jacque found a wolf spider! So we got to check out our new friend, and learn about how he lives. Followed up with some fun coloring pages, ask your kids about him!

Tomorrow, Wednesday October 2nd is our all center outdoor picnic for lunch! It will be around 65 degrees outside. Please dress your children warm, it may be chilly with the wind!

Wednesdays are for the Sterling Library! Each week we will go down and check out some books, read them in class during the week. Of course, a quick stop at the park on our way through! If anyone has their favorite childhood books, please share and we will look for them!

We’re thrilled to congratulate Lil' Cubs Daycare on the completion of their new preschool room! 🐻🎈 Thanks to the generous support from the 2023 Community Fund Grant Program, they’ve been able to expand and provide even more amazing care for our little ones. 👶💕

Last week our staff went through some KDHE training with Ingrid, she’s an infant toddler specialist.
The class was Flip It. Supportive ways to reduce challenging behaviors. We do have some information to share if you are interested!

We are getting an amazing amount of Okra from our garden! Does anyone have a good pickling recipe they want to share for us?

Busy few weeks before the start of school!

Preschool classes had a lot of fun making zucchini bread! Touch, smell, feel.. all the senses- their favorite was taste! We have plenty, so if you come to pick up or drop off your children, grab a slice of bread!
