Oklahoma's dove season opens Sunday, September 1! Stay safe out there and remember to never shoot at power lines. Doves perched on a line may look like an easy target, but gunfire can damage power lines and fiber-optic cable running on power lines, costing thousands of dollars in damage, and leaving businesses and homes without power or internet.
