Meet Chef Santy Mayfield, known for her unique approach to baking and cake designs in Stockton. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Chef Mayfield has perfected her own cheesecake recipe, focusing on flavor above tradition. Her baking journey started when she learned the art from her great grandmother, who relied on Mayfield's vision after losing her sight. As a self-taught cake artist, Mayfield's natural talent in cake design shines through in her custom creations, which span a wide range of themes. Supported by the and the local community, Chef Mayfield decided to turn her passion into a business, with the mentorship, business expertise, and resources she received being instrumental in her success. Chef Santy Mayfield’s story is a testament of her hard work, our community support and the impact of reliable mentorship.
