Hello, Oasis Physical Therapy and Elite Fitness Community!

We're thrilled to introduce you to the heart and soul of our team, our visionary Owner/CEO and Physical Therapist, Aliah Curry.

Aliah Curry is more than just a therapist; she's a leader who knows the importance of taking an active role in her community and beyond.

Here's a glimpse of her inspiring journey:
Volunteer Service at Neuro Clinic, American International College, Springfield, MA (2016-2017).
Spinal Cord Injury Support Group, Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield, MA (2016).
Advocate for ACL Injuries, Berkshire Sports & PT, Pittsfield, MA (2008-Present).
Varsity High School Basketball Assistant Coach, Hoosac Valley, Adams, MA (2015-2018).
Stratford Rotary Club Youth Service Chairperson (2021-Present).

Aliah Curry has an impressive professional journey that includes:
Serving as Owner/CEO and Physical Therapist at Oasis Physical Therapy since June 2021.
Being the Center Manager at Select Physical Therapy from November 2020 to May 2021.
Working at Genesis Rehab-Fairview Commons, a skilled nursing facility, from August 2020 to November 2020.
Serving as a Clinical Instructor at Kessler Rehabilitation Center, Westwood, NJ, from May 2018 to June 2020.

Aliah Curry holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from American International College, graduating with an impressive GPA of 3.8. She also earned a BA in Health Sciences/Sports Medicine from Norwich University.

Aliah Curry's passion for basketball shines brightly:
She was a Captain at Wahconah Regional High School in 2010-2011.
Her college basketball career at Norwich University from 2011 to 2015 was nothing short of legendary. She was a Captain from 2013 to 2015 and achieved various accolades, including being named to the GNAC Honor Roll 14 times.
Aliah Curry is a proud member of the Berkshire County Basketball Hall of Fame, New England Basketball Hall of Fame, and GNAC Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2023. And is the Albertus Magnus Women's Basketball Assistant Coach 2023-Present.

March for the Fallen

We at Oasis Physical Therapy are proud to announce that we will be hosting Firefighter Appreciation Month this year during the month of March. During March, we will be showing our gratitude and support for all the brave firefighters who put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe.

As part of this celebration, we will be making a donation to the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation, an organization that provides support and resources to families of fallen firefighters. This is our small way of expressing our appreciation for the sacrifices that firefighters make, and we hope that this donation will make a positive impact in the lives of those who have lost a loved one in the line of duty.

During the entire month of March, we will be collecting all co-pays from our patients, matching the amount collected, and donating it to the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation.

We would like to extend an invitation to all firefighters and their families to come visit us during this special month. We would be honored to show our appreciation in person and offer you a tour of our facility. We believe that firefighters deserve the best care, and we are committed to providing it to them.

Please spread the word about “March for the Fallen” at Oasis Physical Therapy and our donation to the National Fallen Firefighter Foundation. Together, we can show our gratitude and support for the heroes who keep us safe.

Our recent EDDM campaign, which involved sending over 11,000 mailers to the town of Stratford, was a resounding success and we couldn't have done it without your support.

We are proud to be part of this community and to have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us. Our goal has always been to help and educate the community in any way we can, and the success of this campaign is a step towards achieving that goal to provide the best physical therapy available.

Happy Holidays Oasis Family! As you know we have teamed up with the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program and what a HUGE success! For our first year we asked for 20 tags and we were very nervous and anxious to see what was going to happen. And WOW did the community deliver! All 20 tags and then some were accounted for and over 40+ gifts were gathered under our tree to deliver to kids! We cannot thank our friends and family and our community enough. We are truly so grateful for each and everyone's generosity during the holiday season. We completely understand what is going on in the world and in our own backyards, which makes this amount of generosity that more meaningful. And like we said before...

THANK YOU! Aliah and I are so grateful for all of the support we have had this last year. And we certainly have the best patients that any health care facility can ask for. We truly cherish each and every member of our community and the time that we have spent together. You continue to inspire us to get bigger and better and your encouragement has not gone unnoticed!

Happy Holidays from the Oasis! Aliah and I have been working very hard this year and we are very fortunate to have had the year that we have had. No matter what kind of success we will have we will never forget the less fortunate times that we have had along the way. We have decided that 2023 and the all the following years at Oasis will be a time of giving. And to start the new year and finish off this one we have teamed up with the Salvation Army and their Angel Tree Program. We are very excited to give back and to help with the mission of the Salvation Army. We have 20 tags (now 17 going fast) available on our tree in the clinic this year. If you would like to participate in helping us in the “spirit of giving” here is how you can help:

1.) You can come grab a tag at the clinic in person. I highly encourage coming in and picking your tag, especially if you have never been here before. Aliah and I have worked very hard at creating a home environment where everyone here can work, but also relax because it has that feeling at home. Come stop in, sit down and relax, we can chat, and catch up.

2.) You can simply just look through the pictures of the tags and text us which tag you would like and we can set it aside for you. You then can either pick it up or we can just keep the tag for you and when you drop off the items we can put the tag with the items.

3.) If you are super busy and swamped which during this time of the year, we all are, Aliah and I completely understand the grind and we are here to help. All you have to do is tell us what tag you want and we will physically go shopping for you, give you a receipt and then you can send us money via Venmo, credit card etc.

4.) Lastly, the easiest option ever simply just claim a tag buy the item on amazon or any internet platform and just send it to our address. Our address and all our contact information is below:

Year #2 is in the books for our partnership with the Mill River Golf Country Club. Truly an honor and a privilege to be invited back to take part in member guest supplying soft tissue work to all the players. We at Oasis would like to just say thank you to the club again for such a wonderful opportunity, to the members who were an absolute joy, and the heart warming staff. The Mill River Member Guest is one of our favorite events of the year and we cannot wait until next year to see even more familiar faces. Again, thank you, and from all the staff here at Oasis we wish everyone an injury and pain free rest of the season, and if you need anything from us you know where to find us.
