This position will provide an opportunity to work with a world-class software development team where you will be responsible for designing and developing consumer-facing web services for the company’s enterprise global billing & subscription platform.

The ideal candidate should be well organized, self-motivated and proficient in all areas of the software development life cycle. He/she shall have strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Candidates with proven experience building highly performant enterprise scaled services running on distributed cloud computing environments with complex resiliency scenarios are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Working together with the team: deeply understand customer problems and deliver major features to delight them
End to end ownership of full-stack web service features: design, develop, automated testing, document, deliver, instrument and operate

Synthesis-Systems is looking for a relationship focused, outcome-oriented Senior Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Senior Level Account Executive, you will work under the direction of the CEO and Business Development Director in helping our Fortune-500 customers to embrace digital transformation. You will work closely with our existing customers as a trusted advisor leveraging existing delivery relationships to expand Synthesis’ Zuora footprint.

Primary Duties

· Work with BDD and CEO to refine and clearly articulate Synthesis’ value proposition as a Zuora Partner
· Become an authority in Zuora’s messaging, offerings, and unique sales approach
· Actively participate in the development of Sales strategy, identification and generation of Sales opportunities, and Sales process planning to deliver pipeline growth
· Work with Zuora Sales and Implementation teams to drive maximum value and adoption of Zuora’s complete product portfolio
· Grow and manage territory and account base to extend the Zuora/Synthesis footprint; participate in closing strategic opportunities
· Analyze market and industry data to provide recommendations regarding overall strategy, including account planning, sales forecasting, and establishing performance metrics
· Engage with our marketing, product and customer service teams in furthering business development activities, effectively utilizing all available resources
· Contribute to a culture of success through providing regular feedback to BDD and CEO

Experience/Qualifications

· Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in selling complex solutions to large accounts in the digital transformation/SaaS space

· Achieves sales and marketing goals by working effectively with internal and external partners.
