April 23rd to 30th= $1045.75
August 26th to September 3rd =$1341.07
September 10th to September 17th =$933.40
September 17th to September 24th=$933.40
September 24th to October 1st =$933.40

Snowbird months of October, November and December are also still available for $1150 per month with all utilities included. A background check is necessary.
