Hey Sea Salt Retreat Fam 😁
Q10 is getting the finishing touches this week, we are adding more deck furniture & organizing our spaces. Once all our photos are finished the house will be posted for rent. Sorry for the delay, furniture delivery set us back a few weeks, gotta love FedEx.

Hello everyone, it's been a few since our last FB posting.

Sea Salt Retreat SC will be adding a second rental for 2025, and will have some availability in Fall of this year.

It's our house! 😁

Built in 2022 by Breezy Properties, LLC
Designed, furnished and decorated by us, this house is truly our home away from home.

2 story stilted house in the Q section, close to 6023 Sandpiper Drive.
4 bedroom, 3.5 bath but we will be renting it as a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with access to the second primary bedroom closed.

Q10 Sea Salt Retreat will sleep 8 guests.
Primary bedroom w/bathroom: King bed
Upstairs bedroom #1: Queen bed
Upstairs bedroom #2: Twin over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle.

This house will not be pet friendly - no exceptions.
It will come with one complementary golf cart, that bonus - has a full enclosure πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

If you are interested in renting in 2025 or Fall 2024, please make sure you follow this 😊 once the house is live on the website in July, I'll update this post.

6023 Sandpiper updates!

We are only a few weeks away from summer rentals 🌞

This winter we did some major and minor upgrades.

The kitchen wall was opened up and we extended the cabinets and countertops for more seating. We added marble countertops and painted the cabinets.

Both bathrooms had new sinks and countertops installed and their cabinets painted.

The whole interior recieved a new paint job πŸ˜‰

All new mattresses and beds for both rooms as well as adding additional sleeping space.
The second bedroom now has TWO full beds and the master bedroom has a KING bed.

We furnished the living room with leather couches, one being a Queen sleeper.

The house still has a complementary golf cart, full sized refrigerator, and washer/dryer.

More pics to come once it's fully decorated and cleaned 😊 here's a little sneak

6023 Sandpiper is getting some updates this winter!
We opened up the kitchen wall and had a granite peninsula installed. The cabinets got a face-lift with new paint and soon to be hardware.

6023 Sandpiper is officially ready to rent for Summer 2022!!

This house is centrally located and close to all amenties. It is on a corner lot on a cul-de-sac with an L-shaped driveway. It has plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Master has a private bath with Queen bed.
2nd bedroom has two Full beds.
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

We are updating the kitchen and living room this winter. Stay tuned for progress photos.

Going forward this will be our only rental available in 2022.
Pictures and website will be up in a few weeks.

We are honoring previous rentals and a few of our personal renters who have stayed with Sea Salt Properties in the last 2 years. Once these bookings are in the system the calender will be open for the public to rent.

Kim Peake is the new owner of N123, Q8 and Q12. I am helping set up her website in the next few weeks and transferring bookings

Alright Sea Salt Fam its time to officially announce the sale of N123, Q12 and Q8.

They were purchased by Kim Peake with Peake's Beach Havens LLC. Her name may sound familiar as she is the one who purchased 1278 from us in April of this year.

What does that mean for our booked reservations....well, not too much. She purchased our rentals because of the built in business and will be honoring all reservations booked, even ones for next year.

Reservations after Oct 31st of this year will be cancelled from our system and re-booked through her website. There is an email coming out to update those people and the process of transferring.

Reservations before Oct 31st will still be managed by Sea Salt. She is a full time nurse and to help with the transfer I offered to see all of Sept and Oct all the way through.

The biggest change is, anyone booked at property Q10 Seaglass Cottage after Labor Day will be moved to Q12 Sea Salt Retreat. We are demolishing Q10 to build a house.

All reservations will be honored at the price they booked 😊

Emails are being sent out this week.

Also! We are still purchasing the rental in the 6000 section 😁 but with the build of our new house, we will not be renting until June 2022.
Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with a wrap around covered from porch, full sized refrigerator and washer/dryer. We will be accepting reservations in November for 2022 once we get the pictures on the website.

We are excited for this new chapter, and will be renovating more properties in the future 🀞

For those who haven't participated in the ongoing rock scavenger hunts, it's a must for families with kids... even adults enjoy it too πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Always be on the lookout for good hiding spots for these works of art. You'll never know what you'll find.

There is even a Facebook dedicated to Ocean Lakes Rocks. Visitors sometimes post hints on where to find their hidden treasures.

This was our project for the day. I can't wait till some happy kids find these glow in the dark creations.

The treehouse now has a new owner 😊 Her name is Kim Peake and she will be using it as a full time rental. We are so happy that we found someone who loves it as much as we do.

Our Story: Sea Salt Retreat SC

Welcome to Sea Salt Retreat SC,

We are family owned and operated beach property rentals all located within Ocean Lakes Family Campground. All 3 of of our properties are 2 bedroom ground level homes that sleep 6 comfortably. We specialize in rentals that accommodate smaller families and that are affordable updated clean homes. All 3 rentals come with complementary golf carts and gas grills.

Ocean Lakes is special to our family. My husband vacationed here as a child with his family in a camper. When we were teenagers we visited together with his family in a camper, and I fell in love with the property. Once we had children we knew we wanted to spend our summers here with them. The first few years were spent in a camper either with his family or with our own once we purchased one. Our business grew and lives became busier and we realized that a home here would make more sense as a it would make vacationing easier as a small family. So we purchased our first home Nov 22nd, 2020 and named it the Sea Salt Retreat. My husband decided that we needed to invest more than our vacation time here and we began purchasing our rental properties. The first was Q10 Seaglass Cottage and is directly beside our personal property. N123 was second and is our only home located directly on the lake. Our third property is the newest in every sense of the word and is Treehouse Escape at 1278. We know we will add more to our rental family as times passes so creating a rental page, and making our own website seemed like a step we needed to take.
