Why Attend a Transcend Sound Healing Sound Bath?

Monthly Themes and Intentionality: Each month, I curate a new theme using a combination of intuition and scientifically proven notes, frequencies, and protocols. Every session is intentional, with new intentions written specifically for the session, providing a unique journey tailored to the theme. I made a large investment in multiple sound healing certifications so I could learn how to accurately use sound to help facilitate, evoke, and release certain emotions and feelings.

Energy Clearing and Infusion: Before each session, I clear the space's energy and infuse it with light, love, and healing. I call in ascended masters, spirit guides, angels, brothers and sisters of light, Reiki energy, and the divine source to create a sacred and supportive environment.

Diverse Instruments: I use a variety of instruments, including alchemy singing bowls, multiple gongs, chimes, drums, shakers, a crystal harp, and others. These sounds help guide participants into a deep state of relaxation and healing.

Collaboration with Other Healers: To enhance the experience, I sometimes bring in other healers, such as other sound healers and energy workers. Their unique skills and energies enrich the session, offering a more profound and comprehensive healing experience.

Full Experience: To enhance the ambiance, I incorporate elements like flowers, crystals, and calming lighting. Participants are made comfortable with yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks, creating a cozy and safe space for deep relaxation and healing.

Reiki-Infused Affirmation Cards: Each participant receives a Reiki-infused affirmation card with a message intended to support them on their personal journey. These cards are a meaningful take-home reminder of the experience.

Personalized Journey: My sessions are designed to take you on a journey based on the session's theme. The combination of sound, intention, and environment helps facilitate deep healing and transformation.

I have some heartfelt news to share with you. As many of you know, Transcend Sound Healing has been a beautiful journey shared between myself and Willie. Together, we have created magical and transformative sound bath experiences that have resonated deeply with so many of you. Your support and participation have been incredible, and for that, I am immensely grateful.

Life, as we know, is full of changes and transitions. With that in mind, I am excited to announce a new chapter for Transcend Sound Healing. I will be transitioning from our beloved duo to a solo practice. This change is a natural progression in my personal and professional journey, allowing me to dive deeper into my passion for sound healing and offer experiences filled with amazing feminine energy.

But this doesn't mean I'll be on this journey alone. In fact, I am thrilled to bring additional talented healers into my sessions to enrich the sound bath experiences even further. These amazing practitioners bring their unique skills and energies, enhancing the healing power and diversity of the sessions. Together, we will continue to create profound and transformative experiences that nurture your mind, body, and spirit. And don't worry - this month's sessions will include myself, another sound healing practitioner, and/or healer.

My mission remains the same: to provide intentional, scientifically-backed sound sessions that facilitate emotional, spiritual, and physical healing. Integrating Reiki and sound healing will continue to be a cornerstone of my practice, ensuring that each session is a holistic and deeply nurturing experience.

The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana in Sanskrit.
This is the second primary chakra in the body's energy system. Located just below the navel, in the lower abdomen, it is associated with the emotional body, creativity, sensuality, and the element of water. This chakra governs the reproductive system and is deeply connected to our feelings of pleasure, well-being, and self-gratification.

Key Characteristics:
Color: Orange
Element: Water
Mantra: "Vam"
Location: Lower abdomen, approximately two inches below the navel
Governs: Emotions, creativity, sensuality, pleasure, and relationships
Associated Glands: Ovaries (in women) and te**es (in men)
Affirmation: "I feel"

Functions of the Sacral Chakra:

Today, let’s dive into the fascinating world of chakras, starting with the Root Chakra, also known as the Muladhara. Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is the foundation of our energy system and is all about grounding, stability, and security.

What is the Root Chakra?

The combination of the energy of the scalar waves and the sonic journey we take you on will put you into a different world. Several participants of this session stated that they had out-of-body experiences, went on full-blown journeys, and saw colors and/or sacred geometry.
