We just received a copy of The Unofficial Elf Cookbook by Jackie Alpers where our Sugar Plums were featured. This is the authors take based on our original recipe and it looks pretty delicious to us!

It's hard to believe that Baxley's Chocolates is 9 years old today! It certainly seems much more poignant today as we see so many small business hit both physically and financially by the hurricane. We'd like to thank you for all your support over the past 9 years and hope for many more to come.

It's International Coffee Day! Come celebrate with our coffee truffles. We steep the cream overnight and then add a bean on top. You really can't beat that creamy center with a little crunch.
