Mocion de inmigración ganada. Familia de 6 fue ordenada deportada en ausencia porque no llegaron a la corte ya que una de sus hijas habia sido expuesta en la escuela al COVID-19 y no la dejaron montarse en el autobus. Ganamos la mocion de reabrir y ya tenemos corte nuevamente para pelear el asilo de la familia.

Immigration Motion granted. Family of 6 were deported in absentia because they were not able to go to court after one daughter had been exposed to COVID-19 in the school and she was not let on to the bus. We won the motion to reopen and now the family has court and will be able to seek asylum.

Caso de inmigración ganado...cliente y su hija detenida y con bracelete....ahora liberada sin brazalete y solo llamando a reportarse una vez al mes por teléfono!

Immigration case won....client and her daughter detained and with ankle bracelet ....now released without bracelet and only with monthly check in by phone!

Caso ganado! Cliente trabajando mas de 10 horas al día construyendo piezas para Amtrak desarollo capsulitis en el hombro y después problemas en el cuello. El empleador negó el caso. Caso ganado con paga al 100% retroactiva a dos años.

Case won. Client working more than 10 hours a day building pieces for Amtrak developed capsulitis in the shoulder and then a neck condition. Employer denied the case. Case won with 100% payments retroactive two years.

Discapacidad total ganada. Cliente trabajó en una compañía empacadora de especies y desarrolló asma y alergia. El doctor de la compañía dijo que la tenia desde niño y que como fumaba el empleador no debería pagar. Ganamos discapacidad al 100% con pagos retroactivos!

Total disability won! Client worked in a spice packing company and developed asthma and allergies. The company’s doctor said that he had the conditions since being a child and the fact that he smoke made it clear that the employer should not pay. We won 100% disabled with retroactive pay!
