My name is Simone. I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. I love dancing, traveling, working out, eating good food, and spending time with my family and friends. I’m married to a wonderful man and we share a son together who’s almost one year old already. It seems like time just flew by! ​​​​​​​​

I’m a Ta**us - I love my alone time and self-care… and I can be just a little hard-headed at times. But if I’m ever in a bad mood, food can always fix it! ​​​​​​​​

I served seven years in the US Air Force as an Arabic linguist. During my military career, I became a physical training leader and discovered my passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. After my military service, I pursued my education and earned a BA in Communications at UW Tacoma and an MA in Intercultural Communication at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
When I moved back to the US, I worked in communications for a non-profit organization and taught dance fitness classes at local gyms. Then when the pandemic hit in 2020, I launched my own virtual dance fitness studio () to help people stay active at home and crush their goals while dancing and having fun. 💕 ​​​​​​​​

I use this page to combine my knowledge and passion to help people around the world take the stress out of exercise through dance fitness. I truly believe working out doesn’t have to be boring - it can be the most fun and rewarding part of your day! ​​​​​​​​
