It all comes to light in the early morning hours of January 2018 day. Thirteen victims with parents who chose to turn from love to torture and lack of concern for life. Being locked away breeds joint suffering, which leads to where bravery finds the way to speak, and time allows the outside world to step in. How does the search for a life and justice reveal the cracks in the rescue? Into the world of CPS we dwell, and discover what we most suspect. When the tables turn, will there be responsibility on the powers that be? Innocents look to escape into a world to be seen, heard, and finally truly loved.
