This morning was our Relay first lap. We did it at Baker Stadium at University of Puget Sound where Dr Gordy Klatt did THE very first Relay for Life 40 years ago!

We are SO excited to announce the event theme for the 2023 Relay For Life of Tacoma!

Drumroll, please! Our event theme is TEAMING UP FOR A CURE!

Our goal at the American Cancer Society is to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. We cannot do this without the amazing support of communities coming together, working together as team to make an impact. Grab your Team and have fun with the theme!
