Healing isn’t linear!

This means for completed healing we need to accept that through the process there will be ups and downs, highs and lows, but with perseverance we eventually get to a place where those hurts don’t have power over us anymore. Well guess what! Recovery is the same way! Keep your head up when you run into troubles! Remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint!
