Owner Timothy Hall and Executive Chef/GM Arnel Gaitan Of HG Bistro bring a new dining experience to the Parkland area. In the kitchen nightly is Chef Ryann along with Michelle outfront together they are making sure your dining experience is exceptional. We create Latin/South American inspired cuisine in a casual warm and inviting setting. Full service menu with beer, wine and crafted signature spirits.
Thank you to everyone who has come out and supported us! Tonight has been a wonderful service, seeing wonderful people and serving them our food with a heavy heart but smiles on our faces. We have some wonderful people here! It’s so sad that tomorrow will be our final day of service 😢 hope you can make it out Saturday to say your goodbyes to this amazing team. 12-9pm. Fingers crossed we find our new home soon!

Sadly, at this location, our last day for service will be August 24th. Unfortunately, we do not have any positive news at this time about a potential new location. As soon as we know something we will share the information in a post. Thank you to all our wonderful guests that have been in to see us! If this is the first time hearing of this news, we hope to see you as much as possible between now and August 24th for lunch or dinner. Fingers crossed for good news soon!

It’s just to darn hot for our Air conditioner to keep up! Sending our wonderful staff home and we will see you tomorrow with hopefully it being a little cooler so the A/C can do its job. Stay cool out there!
It’s the first day that we are back open for lunch and it is a hot one! Come see us for lunch and try out our new Hola Plate Lunch with a smokey chipotle-soy-bbq sauce over 8oz of chicken thighs ($13) flat iron pork steak ($15) or choice flank steak ($16) served with two scoops of Brazilian rice and a scoop of a fresh made island style mac-salad. We like to have a little fun putting our spin on classic favorites!
