Take a break and dive into some Tallahassee history with History at High Noon! On August 27th from 12PM - 12:45PM at the Union Bank Museum for a special lunchtime talk.

This month, welcome Tiffany Baker, Director of the Florida Historic Capitol Museum, and Rachel Basan Porter, Director of Research and Programming. They’ll be sharing captivating stories and images from their 2024 book, Florida’s Historic Capitol Building. 🏛️

This program is free and open to the public, so bring your lunch and your curiosity! 🌟

We are growing! We're looking to add a third member to the team as the Downtown Events Manager who will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and managing events and experiences in Downtown Tallahassee. The position oversees existing, planned, and future events to create foot traffic, sense of place, inclusivity, and economic opportunity. This includes the Downtown Marketplace every Saturday on Park Avenue, the Downtown Concert Series at Cascades Park, Movies in the Park on Kleman Plaza, and many other events and programs that help activate Downtown. We are looking for an individual that is excited and passionate about creating a stronger more vibrant Downtown. .
