Hi everyone 👋 Welcome to Sow your flow ✨

Let me introduce myself:

My name is Flo ( Florence). I was born and raised in the south of France.
After spending 8 years in the Peruvian Amazon jungle (teaching French and learning with plants), I moved in USA in Florida (Tampa). This big change happened 4 years ago, and I decided at this time to start to be a yoga teacher full time.
I did my certification in Spanish so doble challenge: teaching in Spanish ( I am in Florida!) and English (while I was learning this new language !). As you see, I love challenges!
I am a reiki master and a sound healer also and I am still exploring the shamanism with the drum and intuitive voice. I love to spend time in the nature and doing crafts and moving my body :)

I really believe that the best thing you can share is your authenticity so here I am!
So with me, you will have an exotic English, a little bit of spice ( thanks to Peru and my Sicilian dad !), dance and laugh!
