WHY IS THE DIETING/FITNESS 🍎 🏋🏻♀️ CULTURE SO 🙃CONFUSING?

With the immense amount of information 📚 👩🏻💻 and exposure to this info through social media 📲 , search engine platforms etc today it can both be a blessing and a curse. We are constantly exposed to 🧐: do keto, lift weights, do high reps, do low reps, lift heavier, carb cycle, low fat, intermittent fasting, track macros, follow meal plan, do cardio, don’t do cardio, eat more, eat less, you get the point but I could go on for days lol. It can be extremely overwhelming 🤪and a bit discouraging.

My point here is that a lot of the time in the fitness/nutrition 🍎🏋🏻♀️industry some of the studies 📖 are not significantly concrete enough for there to be a black and white answer for people, there is a lot of gray areas. Now why is that 🤔? BECAUSE WE ARE ALL SO DIFFERENT! Our bodies are so complex 🧬 🧠 👤and the way our bodies respond to diet and exercise can be extremely different based on our genetics, age, gender and overall lifestyle factors. When you bring these things into play it can make dramatic difference 📉📈 in the outcome of a study. That’s why things seem so all over the place.

What works for some doesn’t work for others, at this point in time we should all know that by now 💁🏻♀️. If you have goals 🏆 in 2024 that are in the realm of health/wellness/fitness I highly recommend figuring out what works for YOUR body, don’t just focus on what’s working for everyone else 🤔because again we are all so different and need different things in order to set ourselves up for long term success. Embrace the difference 🤩and get to know your body and what YOU need in order to succeed 🙌🏼 Learning about my body on a science 🧪 🧬 based level that was specific for me 👩🏻 changed my life entirely. The trial and error method is exhausting, the guessing game stinks, KNOWLEDGE 🧠 IS POWER! You got to do what’s best for YOU!

I offer remote Concierge Holistic Health services. I focus on Gut health and inflammation in order to naturally heal the body and balance hormones. My practice is a little different than most. It was birthed out of my own disease and health issues that I have resolved. I know firsthand what it’s like to be stuck feeling sick and hopeless. I’m also a personal trainer and nutrition coach so I am able to offer all aspects of total body health and wellness and healing. 3. Project your cash flow to ensure you have enough liquidity to cover expenses and invest in growth opportunities.
4. Review your tax obligations and plan for any upcoming payments or filings to avoid surprises.
5. Define clear financial goals for the next six months and develop a strategy to achieve them.

Loved making this new protein ball recipe tonight to satisfy my sweet tooth!!!! They were so good and super simple to make!!!
Gluten Free “Yummy to Your Tummy Protein Balls”
INGREDIENTS
✅1 1/2 cups gluten/glyphosate free oats
✅1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder (about 2 scoops) 👉I use IDLife brand or sprouts
✅1/2 tsp cinnamon
✅1 tbsp chia seeds
✅1/2 cup smooth natural nut butter
✅3 tbsp raw honey
✅1 tsp vanilla extract
✅1/3 cup raisins, chocolate chips, craisins or preferred add-in
✅2–4 tbsp liquid (almond milk or water etc…)
INSTRUCTIONS
👉Add oats, protein powder, cinnamon and chia seeds to a large bowl.
👉Add in nut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
👉Add in raisins (or preferred add-in). Mixture should be slightly sticky but still crumbly.
👉Slowly add in liquid 1 tablespoon at a time and using hands (get dirty!) combine until it comes together in a sticky ball that holds together. If mixture is too dry, add in more liquid but not so much that it won’t hold shape.
👉Roll into balls using hands.
👉Place in a container to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
👉Store in fridge until ready to eat.
