Our Story

Hardeman Kempton & Associates is proud to announce it is now Kempton Rinard. After a 26 year partnership with Jeff Hardeman, Ted Kempton and Jason Rinard have branched off to form a new venture. Combining years of experience and commitment to clients, Kempton Rinard will continue to provide the same outstanding service and dedication while maintaining the same integrity, quality and commitment it has always provided to its valued customers.

Our team provides award-winning, professional civil engineering, landscape architecture, and planning services for municipal, corporate, educational and federal projects throughout the Southeastern United States. In 2003, we expanded to include our sister company - SiteCrafters of Florida, Inc., an underground utilities and site development contractor. Together, we provide consultation and design services with a complete understanding of the construction process setting us apart from our competitors.

Kempton Rinard is Veteran-owned and a certified SBE with various municipalities throughout Florida. Our repeat clients include public and private entities such as the City of Tampa, City of Lakeland, University of Tampa, Eckerd College, Lakewood Ranch, private developers as well as engineering and architecture firms.
