Heidt Design had the honor to attend the Pasco County Fallen Law Enforcement Memorial dedication on 9/11/2024 outside of the Dade City Historic Courthouse. We are proud to have had the opportunity to donate funds to ensure the construction of this breathtaking memorial. We hope it will be a place of peace and contemplation for many in the years to come.

Heidt Design would like to congratulate our own RikkiLee Glass for receiving her MBA! Obtaining this degree is a testament to her knowledge and perseverance. The program takes several years and an incredible amount of time and commitment. We are so proud of her and are appreciative that she is part of the family. Congrats Rikki!

Our Heidt Design Team had a great time volunteering this spring. In March, six large boxes of food were collected to donate to The Kind Mouse. In April, an HD group came together to help paint a local house with Paint Your Heart Out Tampa. All smiles with this successful PYHOT event & the finished product plus a happy resident!

Natalie is a Senior Project Engineer at Heidt Design, working on the engineering designs that enable Heidt Design to create amazing communities. She contributes a considerable amount of design experience to the team, particularly in the area of drainage design where she has become an expert in flood modeling and permitting. Natalie’s willingness to help and ability to communicate technical information in a way that is easy to understand has made her a go to resource for both her coworkers at Heidt and our clients.

Beth is an incredibly valuable member of Heidt Design. She is an important piece of the Permitting Team and is extremely knowledgeable regarding so many of our projects. Beth handles the submittal process for Agency approvals of our construction plans. She is also responsible for closing out projects as they finish construction. Beth is a true team player and is always willing to help out if needed.

Alicia is the Team Leader of the Inspection Department where she brings compassion, knowledge and positivity every day. She focuses her time working with the Contractors, Municipalities, and Engineers making sure the project is being constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Her attention to detail and communication skills makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
Alicia recently passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam and continues to work towards her PE. Her drive to learn and develop new skills is unmatched.

Congratulations to Serina on 5 years at Heidt Design! Serina Ly is an integral part of our Orlando office and a valued member of the Heidt Design team. She is always eager to help her co-workers and prioritizes projects above all else. When she is not busy coordinating permit submittals, managing the office, or handling the daily emergencies, she is kind enough to provide us with surprise breakfasts, lunch time Pho, or spring rolls. She is the epitome of what Heidt Design strives to be. We are blessed to have Serina as a work partner and truly honored to call her a friend.
