Calling all natural wine enthusiasts, join us for an exciting food and wine pairing experience as we explore natural/minimal intervention wines and locally grown food pairings! Featuring our natural wine label n**e, alongside two other producers, we will be guiding guests through five different wines, three different regions and four different natural wine making styles.

You will be led by our in-house, level 3 wine sommelier, along with our winemaker who will take you through a comparative food and wine tasting; exploring different regions and growing methods. This will include five wines from our winery and around the world and highlighting five locally grown ingredients giving us the opportunity to explore unique and exquisite food pairings.

Join us for our next High Tea event on August 4th as we take a promenade through the butterfly flower garden! This event is the floral step sister to our Bridgerton High Tea and is a perfect way to end the summer! 💐🫖

Our Brioche Loaf is made in house and is a fan favorite here at Corbeaux! Complete with lavender butter and rosemary lavender sea salt on top!

Our Maison Etoile sparkling wine label, which includes our classic Brut and Brut Rosé are the perfect accompaniments to freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, caviar boards and caviar tastings, as well as, a perfect beginning to a wine tasting flight, or even an Afternoon Tea with the girls! After much anticipation we are pleased to invite you to one of the most highly-awaited events of the season! Join us at the Corbeaux Manor for a traditional Bridgterton themed High Tea!

We start the experience with a glass of sparkling wine or iced tea. This is followed by a seasonal soup and a three-tiered Bridgerton themed finger sandwich, dessert, and pastry tower to enjoy at the table. Throughout the seating, we will be exploring and enjoying four rounds of seasonal hand-picked premium teas and passing around some of our favorite seasonal small bites. You will be led by our in-house, level 3 wine sommelier, along with Spice & Tea Merchants educator, who will take you through a comparative spice and wine tasting; exploring different regions, growing methods, and culinary applications. This will include five wines from up the coast of California, five spices from around the world, a Spice & Tea Merchants giveaway to take home and small bites throughout; exploring how these melding of flavors can transform your experience with wine.
