Join us once again at our sister company, Leoness Cellars, on Sunday, February 4th, and enjoy unfinished barrel samples at this once-a-year BIG wine country event! The featured menu item is presented exclusively on the Member’s Terrace at our sister company, Leoness Cellars and is a showcase of our culinary repertoire. The wine pairings were thoughtfully chosen to match their flavor, intensity and character. This presentation was developed by John Young, our Executive Chef at Temecula Catering and executed by the Leoness culinary team lead by Executive Chef Ben Diaz. Cellar Series 2021 Mélange d' Ete
A light, crisp and refreshing white wine comprised of five different grape varieties, Viognier, Roussanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Muscat Canelli. This wine offers delicious aromas and flavors of peach, pear and grapefruit with a crisp, refreshing finish. This pairing sublimes the umami richness of this dish leaving a finish that underscores the wine’s raw fruit profile.

Cellar Series 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
Aged in French, European and American Oak Barrels for 20 months this wine’s aromas of black currant and blackberry fruit are complemented by soft notes of clove, black licorice, olive and sweet oak leading into a velvety finish. It’s dark fruit forward profile is complemented by the miso glaze in this pairing, lengthening the finish of the wine.
