Banquet Manager will be in charge of three banquet rooms. Promoting availability of the rooms, meeting with potential customers, booking parties, greeting parties upon arrival and overseeing during the event. Manager will work with the kitchen and owner regarding menus and with the owner regarding décor, holidays, etc.
