Two Temecula students became activists, taking on their school district | Juneteenth

Two Temecula students became activists, taking on their school district | Juneteenth The two women share how they became activists as seniors in high school following the Temecula Valley Unified School District's ban on critical race theory, saying they felt it was a move to end discussions of racism and race.

Either District 2 candidate Jessica Alexander does not understand (after four years in the seat) what council members have the power to do and not do — or she is purposely gaslighting voters by insinuating she can change these things.
We need council members who are focused on Temecula and the important issues they CAN work on, on behalf of all the city's residents.

A panel of six residents representing multiple political parties and coming from diverse industries conducted a panel to suggest support for a candidate to run in the general election for the TVUSD Trustee Area 2 seat.
The panel has chosen Gary Oddi.

⚠ Recall Election Challenged Ballot Information ⚠

If you receive notice from ROV (registrar of voters) that your ballot wasn’t counted or was “challenged” for some reason, you have until June 18th at 5pm to correct or ‘cure” your ballot.
Every vote counts in local elections, please take the extra time to complete the paperwork and fax or email it in (instead of by mail) to ensure your ballot is counted. The most common reason a ballot is challenged is failure to sign the envelope or issues with legal name (ex. nicknames vs. full legal)

ROV informed TVUSD that the recall election results would be finalized by June 21st. That is enough time to properly count all mail-in ballots received by June 11th and count corrected ballots submitted by June 18th.

Why is Jen Wiersma, a school board member and government official, trying to create voter issue when both of the statements in this post are easily explained to the voter? An elected official working with good governance in mind wouldn't perpetuate a lie, but explain to the voter as we have in the graphic.

We expect better from our elected officials.

Government official Joe Komrosky wants to decide and legislate for parents what they can and can't allow their own children to learn — and if we let him continue — what they can and can't believe in. Doesn't seem like he is giving parents much of a "choice" in their children's education. Sounds like governmental tyranny to us.
