Jessica Alexander’s mailer never stated that she received an endorsement from either of those chiefs. Once again, people only show half the story. On the back of the mailer it indicated the law-enforcement entities and individuals that are endorsing her.

Cal Fire DID endorse her along with Chad Bianco and district attorney Mike Hestrin. There are plenty of other first responders in Temecula that also support Jessica Alexander for City Council in Temecula.

As you can see, there are plenty of other photos that were taken during this campaign. Eric Faulkner submitted his during the summer, did anyone complain? Over the last few campaigns Matt Rahn has consistently taken photos with firefighters in uniform and posted them on his campaign site. You can’t have it both ways, although this group thinks they can!

By law, as long as the pictures are accessible by the public, they are allowed to be used.
