Oysters with a lavender mignonette, gambas in a white wine garlic saffron sauce, crispy pan fried eggplant with truffle honey and maldon salt, patatas Bravas with a garlic herbed lemon aioli, grilled fresh caught wild sardines with lemon and micro leeks, and flank steak with a vibrant chimichurri and amaranth.

Dinners made with that homemade herb butter: Turkey breast with roasted spaghetti squash and green beans with a herbed butter hollandaise sauce and a chicken veggie stew finished with herbed butter and the herbed buttermilk biscuits 🤗

Too much left over heavy cream? Turned it into herbed butter, herbed buttermilk, and chive buttermilk biscuits 🤗
