Tempe students are award winners! Congratulations to McKemy Academy of International Studies student Madelyn Martinez for being selected as the International Council of Epsilon Sigma Alpha's Outstanding Junior High Youth Award for the 2023-2024 school year! 🌟

Along with writing an essay, Madelyn had to submit three letters of reference and a parent statement about her accomplishments. She impressed the judges so much that they unanimously selected her as this year's winner and awarded her the $500 cash prize! Way to go, Madelyn!

Founded in 1944, the Alpha Kappa chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha - ESA has been a Tempe-based philanthropic organization for 80 years.

We are excited to offer nutritious, delicious, and FREE meals to ALL children 18 and under this summer starting tomorrow! 🍽️

From May 29 to July 17, students can enjoy free breakfast from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and free lunch from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m at Aguilar Elementary School (5800 S Forest Ave, Tempe, AZ 85283).

Please note that meals will not be served on Thursday, July 4. Meals must be consumed on-site.
