We are thrilled to have the opportunity to share the important work we do at CASA and raise awareness about our mission to advocate for children in the foster care system.

We also had the pleasure of collaborating with CASA of Terrebonne on this presentation! It was fantastic to team up with them and discuss how we can all make a difference for these amazing children we serve.

Jeanne Naquin is our Volunteer of the Month! 🥳

Jeanne is an outstanding CASA Advocate and always goes
above and beyond for the children she serves. She was sworn in on
April 6, 2011. Jeanne has been an advocate for over 13 years, and has years of experience, not only as an advocate but as an Advocate Supervisor. Jeanne brings care, conscientiousness, and dedication to her role as a CASA. She remains incredibly involved in the lives of her CASA children and ensures that she does everything to advocate for their best interests. Jeanne has advocated
for many children through the years; from 1 child in a family situation to multiple children in a family situation. Jeanne has worked very hard to have children reunified, adopted and ready for life when they age out of the foster care system. She is always there for each child she advocates for through whatever the situation is for that child. When she is not advocating for a child, she is assisting with fundraising events for CASA. She is continuously
assisting many other community programs who help families in need.

We are incredibly grateful to have Jeanne as a CASA Advocate.

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We are thrilled to celebrate one of our new advocates, Tish Hebert, who has recently been recognized in the article below and was recently sworn in as an Advocate! 🎉 Her commitment to serving children in need is inspiring, and we’re grateful to have her on board.

Congrats to Tish: CASA Lafourche On August 14, Foundation Chairperson Tish Hebert was sworn in as a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) for Lafourche Parish. As a CASA, she will be assigned to specific children within the foster system to become their advocate/voice in the court system.

🌟Volunteer of the Month 🌟

Madison Guillot 🎉

Madison, who is one of our newer advocates, has gone above and beyond in her role as a CASA. Since being sworn in as an advocate on February 28, 2024, she has taken on two cases, advocating for three children in total! Madison's dedication and care make her an outstanding advocate. She is committed to making sure that the voices of the children are heard. Madison is passionate in advocating for what's in her CASA children's best interests. Along with advocating for her CASA children, she has volunteered at several CASA awareness events and greeted people with that amazing smile. 😊

Outside of her role as a CASA, Madison works a full-time job. We are grateful that she is able to balance her time in order to advocate for her CASA children. Madison is a great asset to our organization. 🌟
