WHILE YOU HAVE THOSE THAT ARE HAVING MULTIPLE CHILDREN...(for the rest of us to care for... rather than having them get out and take care of business by WORKING and being a contributing member of society!!) YOUR happenings should NOT BE MY/OUR RESPONSIBILITY!!! It was YOUR decision to play and lay.....

I KNOW that taking can be difficult for some but it's necessary... even for me....

You also have those that are sitting around the house being couch potatoes/ those that are corrupting our society with violence etc... getting full of OUR HARD WORK.... loading their buggies riding on scooters and can barely walk because of ....

We have individuals claiming a "gang" that forgets about them as soon as they pass.... representing a "hood" town etc that don't claim them nor do they have a within that town that they go oh so hard for 🤦🏾‍♀️

What have WE come to where we promote such behavior... Promoting illness such as and illnesses 🤦🏾‍♀️

WE ARE THE RICHEST COUNTRY AND YET THE SICKEST WHEN IT COMES TO OUR BODIES AND OUR MENTALITY....🙅🏾‍♀️

It starts with the LEADERS/ MANAGEMENT ‼️‼️

Managers... stop trying to dress it up when comes.... LET THEM SEE HOW HORRIBLE OF A LEADER/MANAGER you REALLY ARE....👉🏾THE TRUTH STANDS ON ITS ON.... with lies.... you're only covering up the problem and can't receive the HELP that YOU AND YOUR TEAM REALLY NEED!!!!!!

You can't just hire ANYONE because they will run your business to the GROUND AND RUN YOUR GREAT EMPLOYEES OFF 🏃🏾‍♀️💨

You NEED Managers that are FIT for the job... mentally and physically... or else they can't keep up....especially not with me 😆🤭💪🏾💪🏾

I REALLY enjoy working with GREAT employees/managers...

What I have realized is that God will put you in situations for you to learn and be a voice for others....

Imagine being in a place....NO ONE is listening....you are a great employee...and imagine your hours being cut.... You are an employee that gets paid by the hour....YOUR manager, however gets paid salary....

Your manager have NO CLUE what it's like to have hours cut....nor do they care as long as their families are being fed....(If they cared, you would know)

Example: You are use to working 35-40 hr weeks and now you're working 20 hours and you have a family etc....IMAGINE what it's like for that ??

Stop treating your employees like they mean nothing because at the end of the day...that's why customers are coming....for and the CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!

👉🏾BUSINESS OWNERS.... SEND OUT SURVEYS ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE..... ONLY IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO MAKE A CHANGE.....👈🏾 If you don't care.... tell your employees that you don't care about their time/ efforts that they've invested in YOUR company....👣

You may be shocked at the feedback you receive.... MOST managers do not accept feedback from their employees.... that's a MAJOR problem.....

Give your employees a reason to come to work....help them to help you...

If your employees are "gossiping" ....then maybe you should listen to their concerns and NOT sweep them under a rug as there isn't an infection underneath the bandaid....
