We offer small group Pilates, Indoor Cycling, HIIT, Barre and Yoga classes. We also offer one-on-one We offer group classes and private sessions.
Pilates Plus WV is a boutique studio located in the Westlake Village/Thousand Oaks area. Classes have a maximum of 8 attendees to insure each participant will receive individualized attention as needed. We offer a variety of Pilates Classes, including SPX Pilates and Fletcher Pilates, as well as Cycling and Gym XT (TRX) Suspension classes. Our classes are open to both male and female attendees of
