Take a moment this week to slow down, look around, take a breathe, and appreciate those around you. What you, and most likely those around you, have accomplished is often times incredible. You are improving each day. We thank you for continuing your pursuit of your own greatness. We appreciate everyone in the STT family, clients, athletes, coaches, parents, the competitors on game day, and more. Thank you for pushing us, lifting us up, and asking more of us. Without the triumph and challenges we would not be who or where we are today. Make sure you are surrounding yourself with people that you don’t need to try to convince to support you no matter what you are doing or how crazy your dreams sound. Believe in yourself! Keep moving forward! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours! Now bring on the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, but hold the gravy. Let’s go!
So much has been accomplished and yet so much more to get done. Proud of all the seniors, players, coaches, and families that we have the opportunity to work with. Keep it rolling!
Had a blast at the Point’s Senior game. So many incredible players, people, and families that have touched our lives in a positive way. Congrats ladies! Finish the season strong.
This tournament was SO much fun to be involved with. The smiles, laughs, food, music, families, coaches, kids, and more made the rain and cold seem like they weren’t a problem at all. Adversity is overcome by a group focused on having fun while putting the love their kids have for the game first. Congrats to North Carroll Travel Soccer Club TEAM CHAOS for an outstanding tournament!
If you have ever trained with us through the decades, THANK YOU! Sincerely. YOU are what gets us up early in the morning or keeps us late into the evening. YOU are what pushes us through the tough days. YOU are what we applaud when we are able to see others witness the greatness we have seen in you day after day. YOU are our WHY! Thank you. Inspire those around you from the heart. Lift others up higher than they could lift themselves alone. Believe in hard work, persistence, and understand that even the smallest sign of improvement is still improvement. Keep pushing. Tough times do not last. Tough people do. We believe in you! Now and always.
It is amazing to see what can be accomplished when no one cares who gets the credit. We all can do more to help others. Put kindness into the hearts of those around you. Good luck this season!
Make time to do something positive for others. We can all use a smile, laugh, and moment where we slow down to enjoy others as fan and friends. Thank you Brock Zearfoss Racing. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the Super Coffee!
Read the pic in the post first. I am fortunate to have drawers full of messages like this. What very few of these rising college players realize is that they teach me throughout our time together. They teach me through their successes and challenges. They never fail as long as they keep moving forward. Many young athletes are getting primed and ready for an experience they have no clue what it will be like. They have been told by others what the expectations may be, but have not lived the life yet. They have practiced like a college player, but never have been through a college practice. If you have read this far, the rest of the message is for you. First take a breath. You are good enough. You will never be as bad as your worst day, and you are not as good every day as your best day. It is rarely personal, but it is always business. It is your job to take care of you, mentally, physically, socially, and spiritually. You are responsible for you. We are always watching and will find out. Smile more. Laugh harder. Enjoy your teammates, support staff, and coaches. Have fun! And most of all remember when you need to talk, call or FaceTime. We love you! Many do regardless of how or where you play. Because at the end of the day, it is a game. And you are the person that we want to hear your story from. Dominate today and always. Thank you! You have earned my respect.
Had a blast supporting the Coppermine West 2032 team this weekend at the Live Love Lax Showcase in North East, Maryland. Incredible coaches and families with even better future leaders working hard to improve each day.
Also ran into SO many STT student-athletes who represent the game, their families, and their clubs in such a positive way. Awesome to see each of them chasing their passion and getting after it on game day.
Ramping up the end of school training block and looking forward to getting after it this summer with an incredible group of athletes. It all begins with defining expectations and setting the standard. The bar gets raised each week. The time is now to inspire greatness in those around us.
When you slow down to enjoy those around you, you may just be surprised with what the people mean to you. Thank you to everyone who puts a smile on our face each day. And who looks for good in those around them.
Yes, there are more pics with the new staff and others. Grateful for the amazing relationships, effort, energy, and enthusiasm these future leaders display daily.
Make time to encourage fun. We all need to smile more, laugh harder, and enjoy those around us. Memories are made in the moments that take our breath away!
Reading this made my day. Achieve your greatness one day at a time. SUCCESS will find those who work for it.
Find ways to make a positive impact on those around you. Don’t waste an opportunity to support, congratulate, or surprise anyone with a moment of appreciation or gratitude. Congrats to both teams last night, many of which train with us at STT, for competing with intensity, working with your teammates to improve, and maybe most of all for putting a smile on the faces of all of the parents, siblings, friends, and fan in the stands yesterday. You inspire us!
You learn many lessons through life and while participating in sports. When I was with the Los Angeles Angels, Mike Scioscia made it abundantly clear that any bet, large or small, had to be paid up in 24 hours. To keep with the clubhouse rules, we still to this day honor the 24 hour rule. If it is worth doing, over do it. Keep your word. You are judged by your actions. Respect is earned. Congrats to David Berman. Until next time!
Make time today to have fun. Laugh at yourself and with others. Today is a great day to stress less and love more. Enjoy the gift of this day.
Reading the new book from a great man and Champion Strength Coach with the Baltimore Ravens. Jeff Friday put his heart and soul into this one. Definitely check this out on Amazon now. This is a must for athletes, coaches, and those in the business world too.
Alan Stein Talks About Steve Nash and Being Positive
Be sure to check out newest book on Amazon! Send him a DM and I am sure he will sign it for you, your team, and organization.
Special shout out to Steve Nash for being an incredible teammate above all his other amazing accomplishments.
I have to be honest, I have been learning from Dr. for over two decades. We never skip a beat any time we get together. Can’t speak highly enough about Tim’s knowledge of physiology, nutrition, and supplementation. Definitely read his most recent published articles on Creatine, CBD, and more.
Thank you to Kevin Boyle and the amazing staff for co-hosting this presentation.
I have been looking forward to this presentation for weeks now. ’s experience speaks for itself. From college to pro, Coach has been through it all. Best compliment I can give him is that he inspires me to learn every day. You will always see Jim taking notes at clinics, connecting with coaches across the country, and is always willing to talk shop with the best interest of helping athletes achieve their own greatness.
Thank you to Kevin Boyle and for co-hosting this professional development series. Kevin and his staff do an incredible job of prioritizing education.
