👏Shout out to Coach Jess for her perseverance and patience to help Astrid get over the bar!

Last night, 5 out of our 8 senior gymnasts had the honor of signing the wall! Some of these seniors have been with us since they were 3 years old. It's been a privilege to watch them grow into not only
wonderful gymnasts but also wonderful people.

🌟 Coach Spotlight: Lori and Heidi 🌟

This week, we're shining a spotlight on two incredible ladies who are the heart and soul of Rebounders! Without them, our gym wouldn't be where it is today. Let's celebrate Lori Stark and
Heidi Soerensen for their outstanding contributions!

🎉Lori: The Preschool Queen🎉
Lori has been a part of Rebounders since 1983. Known as the "Preschool Queen," her love and passion shine through when she's teaching on the gym floor. Lori's playful spirit, silly costumes,
and dedication to her preschool classes make her a beloved figure. If you're lucky enough to be in one of Ms. Lori's classes, you're in for a treat!

🌟Heidi:The Backbone of the Gym🌟
Heidi joined Rebounders in 1986 and has worn many hats over the years, just like Lori. She created the "I Can Do It Too" program (now our sensory motor lessons), providing a safe and fun gymnastics experience for special needs children and adults. Heidi also initiated the MDL program (now Xcel) at Rebounders. Which now boasts over 60 kids in our Xcel Team Program! Behind the scenes, Heidi works tirelessly to keep everything running smoothly.

What an incredible weekend it was for our girls' team! The final state meet of the 2023-2024 season brought out the best in our silvers. They truly shone and delivered a fantastic performance! 🌟

Our little ones rocked it this past weekend! Many of them were competing for the first time, and they absolutely killed it, bringing home the hardware! 🏆 Shout out to Ze’Asiah, Lilly, Audrey, Elle, Catie, Emily, Zöe, and Malaiya for being State Champions!🌟

Lindsey and Abby: These two remarkable coaches never call out of work. Their commitment extends far beyond their coaching duties; they invest their hearts and souls into their athletes. Whether it’s late-night practices or early morning sessions, Lindsey and Abby are there, leading by example and inspiring everyone around them.

Chase: Despite battling illnesses, Chase has consistently pushed through for his coaching duties. His resilience and determination are truly commendable. He’s adjusted his schedule multiple times to step in and help with subbing, ensuring that our athletes receive the best possible coaching experience.

Nicole: Nicole’s work ethic is second to none. She rearranges her schedule willingly to step in for colleagues who are out. Her dedication and hard work shine through, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Anna: Anna seamlessly transitioned from training to taking on classes. Her commitment and hard work have been evident during the Rec meet, where she shone brightly. Anna, you’ve truly embraced the Rebounders Way, and we’re proud of your journey!

Jillian: Despite an injury, Jillian’s spirit remained unyielding. She showed up at the Rec Meet, ready to assist wherever needed. Her presence was invaluable, and she exemplified what it means to be a great asset. Thank you, Jillian!

Sam: Sam’s growth since joining Rebounders has been phenomenal. Not only is she an excellent employee, but her students adore her. Sam, your dedication and teamwork make you an integral part of our family. Keep shining!

🎉 Celebrating Success at the Girls' State Meets!

Our Xcel Gold Team has been absolutely outstanding this past week! Their dedication and hard work paid off, and they proudly brought home some well-deserved hardware. 🏆 Congratulations to our state champions: Abigail, McKenlie, Aliya, and Brooke!🌟

But wait, there's more! 🌟 Aliya and McKenlie have also been chosen to represent the Maryland State Team for Xcel Gold. 🙌🏽 What an incredible achievement!

Let's give a round of applause to our entire Xcel Gold Team, who have clinched the State Champion title. 🎊 Ladies, your perseverance and passion truly shine! 💪🏼

And guess what? The excitement continues! Over the next two weeks, our Level 2, Xcel Bronze, and Xcel Silver teams will be competing in their state meets. 🍀 Let's send them all our best wishes! 🤞🏽

🌟 Sunday was an exciting day for our level one gymnasts! They participated in their first-ever mock meet, and let me tell you, they absolutely aced it! 🤸‍♀️

✨ Soaring through all their events, these young athletes shined brightly. Way to go, girls!

Our team just stepped outside for a quick break, all geared up and excited for the upcoming solar eclipse!
The anticipation is real! 🌞🌑✨

Rebounders Gymnasts had an action-packed weekend! Not only did we host our Spring Fling Rec Meet, but our Girls' Level 3-5 teams also competed in the State Meet. Meanwhile, the Men's Team participated in their Regionals Meet. 🤸‍♀️🏆

And guess what? We returned with some impressive hardware! 🥇🥈🥉 Congratulations to Caroline, Alexia, and Sisley for becoming State Champions! 🎉 Alexia also received an award for being in the top 8 All-Arounds scores for L3s all weekend! Her AA was 38.925 🏆
Kudos to Gabe for securing the title of Regionals Champion! 🏅

But that's not all—the spotlight shines on our Level 3 Girls' Team, who clinched the State Champion title! 🏆 Ladies, you've truly outdone yourselves! 💪

Our men’s and girls’ teams have officially entered the state meet months! 🤸‍♂️💪

Throughout the year, these dedicated gymnasts have put in countless hours of hard work, showcasing their incredible skills. 🌟

🏆 Over the past month, several of our levels competed at their levels State Meet, and guess what? We brought home some state champions! 🥇 Congratulations to Samiksha, Samantha, CJ, Adebola, Ava, Pierce, Beck, Seth, Robert, Xavier, Izzy, Tristen, Gabe, Parker, Braeden, Andrey, and James for their outstanding performances and well-deserved titles.

But that’s not all! 🌟 We’re also thrilled to announce that Ava, Jocelyn, Morgan, have been selected to represent the Maryland State Team for Xcel Sapphire and Adeobla has been selected to represent the Maryland State Team for Xcel Diamond! As well as our Men’s Level 3D2 and Level 5D2 on 1st place team 🌟🌟🌟
