Our Story
So what made us want to start a Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in Tomball? 🤔
We are proud parents to three beautiful little kids 💖 (Madison – 8, Dylan -6, and Grayson – 4). We had always dreamed of owning a successful business and giving back to the community, so in 2020 we decided to take a leap of faith and join the Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids family.
Our son got his first haircut at Sharkey’s 5 years ago! We had such a great experience and loved Sharkey’s ever since (little did we know that we loved it so much we would one day own it 🤯)! As parents to three little ones, we loved that Sharkey’s focuses on giving kids and parents a fun, affordable and memorable haircut experience in a nice, fun and clean salon atmosphere that is best-in-class. ✨
I, Tosha, grew up in Cypress and worked as the Chief Human Resource Officer for a large EPC company. I have a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology 👩⚕️ and I’m passionate about helping people. I loved my career focusing on people and building talented workforces, but found myself on planes and in the office more than at home. My heart wanted to spend more time on our kids and the community. I now own 👗 Mainstream Boutique, a clothing store for women, and ✂️ Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids – two businesses that allow me to interact directly with the community. In my spare time, I love running and spending time with my family! 🏃♀️
