After treating about 50 people including my mother and sister, here is my current Covid-19 protocol. For example - zinc is being tested in clinical trials and this is great but it must have a carrier (ionophore)to be truly effective:
Supplements daily
Zinc - minimum 75mg, MUST be taken WITH Quercetin
Vitamin C - 1000-2000 day, taken 500mg at a time throughout day
Vitamin D levels - must be adequate, if in doubt take 5,000/day can be all at once
Ubiquinol + PQQ - ubiquinol is silenced by this virus but it is needed for immune system signaling
Mushroom blend - Chaga, Turkey Tail and Cordyceps are the best for this virus - any or all, big doses regularly
