What a difference a year makes!!

Proud to be “Fit at 45”!! Honest and vulnerable share, at 44 when the Covid-19 pounds was added to the tired mom’s already 31 pounds “that was just part of getting older”. I stopped making excuses and made some massive changes to improve my health and business. Today I hit a total 50 pounds lost since this picture taken just a year ago.

I just want to encourage you to never except that you’re too old or too busy to make big changes. Whatever you want to improve on GO FOR IT!

When you’re committed and have the right support and MINDSET, changes can happened quickly. Dream big!!

Pizza Rustica is an Italian Easter pie and, despite its name, it doesn't have anything to with pizza. It's more similar to a quiche in nature, but extra stuffed with meats and cheeses. The enriched pie crust gets filled with eggs, cheese, meats, and spinach, and it's often eaten on Good Friday to celebrate the end of Lent. You can add any type of cured meats—or even cooked vegetables—to the filling. It's also the perfect main dish for Easter brunch!
