Here are some helpful tips to keep in mind before scheduling a repair call:

• If you notice ice 🧊 building up on your unit, please turn off the thermostat and turn the fan to ON. We cannot service a unit that is frozen until it is thawed.
• Check the filter if you notice your AC is not cooling properly or airflow is weak.
• When your AC stops working, it is recommended to turn OFF the AC immediately.
• Check the circuit breaker to make sure it is ON.
• Check disconnected switch next to your AC unit to make sure that it is ON.
• Check your thermostat and thermostat batteries.
