Dr. Petti performed an upper and lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) two weeks ago on this lovely patient.
There is no lower eyelid external scar or sutures!
The fat pads can be re-contoured and sculpted to remove the lid “bags”.
Dr. Petti uses fractional CO2 laser to tighten, shrink, smooth the skin and restore a youthful, and luminescent eyelid appearance.
This is one of her favorite and signature surgeries, as many other surgeons do not combine the eyelid lift procedures with energy-based treatments ( EBD) like the high peak power CoolPeel fractional CO2 laser and Vivace fractional radiofrequency microneedling . These EBD leave the patient with “ new” collagen restored — not old, collagen poor skin.

Are you ready? To feel confident and show off that Petti cleavage! This patient is ecstatic and knows her small chest could not “fit” any larger implant than what I placed. I also “tucked” the inframammary scar in the natural fold of the breast to hide the scar, as well as secure the implant with internal “underwire” bra sutures, preventing inferior migration of the implant over time.
