It’s been a wild few months for me. I let my stress, work, and excuses get the best of me. The day I took the pic on the left I knew I needed to get myself together. As an owner I was slowly becoming and example of what not to be.

So I began my journey when I got back from my trip. It took time to figure out my goal, then mapped out my plan. If the plan is too drastic it increases the likelihood of failure so I kept it simple. I set my plan.

Each day start I’d begin with a good choice. Follow that choice up with another good choice, and then select my next after that. Eventually I was able to develop a sustainable habit that kept me focused for months. No stress no pressure to sustain, just the want to do better.

My journey over the last 4/5 months helped me develop the Bootcamp Bandit Program we are beginning to launch. The principles, guide lines and accountability I know can help someone else in the same position. I didn’t have to eat crazy tasteless and restrictive food either. I was still able to have pizza, ice cream, bread, cupcakes, etc. The key was BALANCE.

I still have another 15-20lbs to drop so the marathon continues.

I have 2 businesses, a 9-5, and 2 kids and I have been able to find success. I didn’t have time in my day, so I MADE time. If I can do it, so can you.

No gimmicks, no medication, no tricks, just consistency and accountability through habit building.

Don’t wait for change, be the change.

What’s you “WHY”?

Your why is that thing that motivates you from the deepest point. That thing that helps steer your ship when things are great, and when things are falling apart. Your “WHY” will help keep you moving forward even when you want to give up.

My “WHY” is my daughter’s.

Most people set goals they never see through. The ones that make it, don’t travel the perfect path, they persevere/fight/push/grind/follow through.
