There is a small island just off the shores of Traverse City, Michigan called Power Island. The island is known for its beautiful beaches and stunning sunsets, but it was also home to a dark and terrifying unsolved crime.
Rita was a beautiful young woman who lived near the island during the Prohibition era. She was known for her fiery spirit and was a regular at the island's illegal speakeasy.
One night in the light of full moon, as Rita was leaving the speakeasy, she was ambushed, she was beat to death and who knows what else, her body left in the woods. Law enforcement was unable to solve her murder and the speakeasy was permanently closed.
To this very day many visitors to the island had reported hearing strange, mournful cries that sound like a woman's voice. Others claimed to have seen a ghostly figure, dressed in a tattered flapper dress, wandering through the woods. Despite the eerie stories, most people dismissed the legend as nothing more than a spooky tale. It is said that her screams can be heard across the island, and that her ghost still haunts the island to this very day.
The legend of Screaming Rita, the banshee that haunts this island, lives on, scaring visitors. The ghost of Rita remains, still wandering through the woods, mourning the life she lost at that fateful Night.

Job responsibilities are as follows:

Proactively engage with customers
Deliver exceptional customer service
Educate customers about our unique merchandise
Demonstrate and promote Mr. Bill's Shirt Company's philosophy
Oversee Store Operations such as: scheduling, inventory, hiring/interviewing, training, working with vendors, marketing, etc.
Provide leadership and direction to all employees
Ensure product availability through accurate and continual inventory management
Assist in checking in and pricing new merchandise
Process a variety of sales transactions including, but not limited to, sales, returns, etc.
Open and Close Store
Display Management; Create exciting and interesting store displays
Maintain store standards, including stocking, cleaning and organizing
Coaching and Mentoring new Team Members
Complete tasks assigned by Owners accurately and efficiently
Partner with Owners to create an exceptional experience for both employees and customers

Qualifications:

Sales experience desired
Management experience desired
Interest and passionate about cooking desired
Strong communication skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
