Mark Mackay is coming to town again on December 28th!

Mark plays to huge, stadium sized crowds all over the country, sharing the bill with artists who span the spectrum-from Blake Shelton to REO Speedwagon to Tim McGraw and Richie Sambora. Once a year he comes home for an intimate concert for our community, so you don't want to miss it!

Mark is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter whose music intertwines his west coast lifestyle with country appeal. TTSM students will also be performing.

Tickets are $25 and sold online in advance. There are also a limited number of VIP tickets with some awesome perks. All proceeds will go to Tahoe Truckee School of Music to support its youth music education and outreach programs.

Mountainfilm on Tour North Lake Tahoe presented by Rab. This evening will feature films that are adventure packed and celebrate the indomitable spirit.

Saturday, 11/2. Doors open at 5pm, and the show starts at 630pm.
Olympic Village Event Center at Palisades Tahoe.

Tickets are required for entry. Presale tickets can be purchased on Alpenglow Sports' website, and tickets will be available at the door. Pre-Sale Night #2: $22.50 adult/$12.50 child; Tickets at the Door; $25 adult/$15 child.

Dinner will be available for purchase from MOGROG. Drinks (beer, wine and non-alcoholic options) will be available for purchase to benefit the nonprofit beneficiary of the event Truckee Roundhouse.

Made in Tahoe is a vibrant celebration of all things local, showcasing the best that the Lake Tahoe Basin and Truckee areas have to offer. Hosted at The Village at Palisades Tahoe, this event features a diverse range of offerings that are either made or inspired by the community, including local artisans, businesses, chefs, organizations, and entertainers. Immerse yourself in the unique and talented creations of our community, and discover the essence of Tahoe. Additionally, all proceeds from the Made in Tahoe bars will benefit the Tahoe Truckee School of Music supporting a worthy cause while indulging in the flavors of the region.

Indigo Grey is a crowd-pleasing jazz, blues, and funk combo from Lake Tahoe. They perform jazz standards and original music throughout Northern California, most recently at the Alpen Wine Fest at Palisades Tahoe and the Tahoe City Commons Beach concert series.

The “Celebration of Women in Music”, scheduled for September 25th at the Truckee Downtown Amphitheater, is not just a concert; it’s a movement towards a more inclusive and equitable music industry, embodying our core values in its essence and ex*****on.

This year’s free event features Rogue, Truckee-Tahoe’s own all female soulful grunge rock band. The musicians of Rogue have been evolving together over the last 10 years and have developed a new direction in Rogue, with the distorted grunge rock sound you all know and love, complimented by the soul of 10 years of performance experience, chemistry and friendship.

Jasmine Schick, a Tahoe Truckee School of Music student, will also be playing.

The “Celebration of Women in Music” is an event deeply rooted in our commitment to transforming the music industry’s gender dynamics. A 2020 study by the Annenberg Inclusion Initiative at the University of Southern California highlighted a striking gender gap in the industry, revealing that less than 13% of songwriters and a mere 3% of music producers are women. Our event aims to challenge and change this narrative by celebrating and elevating the talents of women and girls in music.

Our fall music series kicks off with the fabulous Gold Noire Band tomorrow, September 4th, at 6pm at the Community Arts Center Amphitheater in Historic Downtown Truckee. We would love to see you there!

The Second Annual Tahoe Joy Festival is happening June 9th!

The Tahoe Joy Festival will be the culmination of the Tahoe City Summer Solstice Festival and kick off a summer of music at Commons Beach.
