Happy Fourth of July!!! Thankful for our freedom!
Nine years ago today, we opened our doors with a dream to create a community focused on health and fitness. It's hard to believe how far we've come, and we're filled with gratitude for your unwavering loyalty. Every day, we're inspired by the energy and dedication of our members. You hold us accountable, and we strive to do the same for you.
As someone recently reminded us, "Health is Wealth," and we couldn't agree more. We wish you abundant health and a deep appreciation for all the good in your life. Thank you for sharing this journey with us. We're more than just a gym, we're a family. Here's to many more years of friendship, fitness, and fun!

Murph Monday was a success! We came in and conquered the challenge in honor of Lieutenant Murphy who sacrificed his life to save others in the heat of battle. This challenge is meant for everyone, whether you’re 8 or 80, and has modifications to do so! Maybe you didn’t do the Murph this time around but want to try, contact us to get prepared and start training today!

Today was a very special and different day. We hosted a Quilt of Valor draping for Robert Norcross Jr. Bob is a Vietnam Veteran, a member at our gym and it was an honor to do so. It was a touching ceremony. We pray that the quilt brings comfort and peace to him.
As Easter passes and we begin this new month, we’re reminded that Jesus got back up and rose from his grave! It’s time for you to get up too and get started on your fitness journey! Don’t wait, start getting the body you want today!
Welcome to Spring break! As some get ready to go on vacations and enjoy new places and things, get active in the process. Go on a walk and enjoy the beautiful weather. The best way to be comfortable in your skin is to take care of your body and stay fit

Did you know that the average gym membership is 3-4 months? Not at SmartFit! Many of our members have been here for years! Our gym is not just a place to workout but a place where you can find your fit family. We build healthy habits beside each other, hold each other accountable, and encourage each other through the ups and downs. This year we thank all our members who’ve chosen us and are beyond grateful for their loyalty and hard work! We are thankful for you!

Friday and Saturday we stepped up to honor those without a voice. We, as a gym, have put in donations to the Step Up Foundation to help put an end to Veterans Su***de and get them the help they need and deserve. As we enjoy our freedom today, we thank those Veterans who stepped up for us
