We are a non-heated yoga studio in Tucson, Arizona. We also offer a Yoga Alliance certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program!
We have over 25 weekly classes ranging from vinyasa, slow flow, restorative, yin, sound healing, breathwork and kirtan.
Immerse yourself in a rhythmic intuitive flow during Harmony Flow THIS Friday, November 8th, 6:30-8:00 pm.This limited-cueing 90-minute Flow class, led by Marcie, invites you to tap into your own body's wisdom, following the natural flow of your breath as it synchronizes with the sounds around you.
Movement, breath, and a long and restful savasana will be accompanied by live music by Casey Shaw. 🥰
Perfect for those looking to deepen their practice, this class encourages mindful, self-directed movement, cultivating presence, gratitude, and flow in harmony with live music.

Our next donation-based class will be Karma Yoga: Pima Animal Care Center (PACC) on Saturday, November 23rd, from 1:00-2:00 pm!
Our co-owner, Jackie Whately, will be teaching, and registration is free. PACC will accept cash and check donations at the event.
This all-levels class will be held in the conference room, and depending on the weather, we’ll open the patio doors for those who’d like to practice outdoors!
Please note that there will be dogs visiting us before and after the yoga class!

Please give our newest teacher, Michelle, a warm welcome! Michelle recently relocated to Tucson. She believes that yoga is one of the most powerful forms of healing and is passionate about sharing this practice with others.
Through yoga, Michelle has cultivated self-love, trust in her body, and a deep connection to her intuition.
Off the mat, Michelle serves on the board of the Hermitage Cat Shelter and enjoys studying holistic medicine, cooking, hiking, and plant-momming!

Please help us welcome Krystal, our newest 200-hour teacher, to the Yoga Loft team! Having started her yoga journey in 2009 to complement her high school dance and sports activities, yoga took on a more profound significance in 2019 as a healing method while managing chronic illness.
Now, Krystal is dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone, empowering students of all levels to find strength, balance, and peace through their practice.
You can practice with her every Thursday morning from 9:30-10:30 am during her Flow class. Expect a playful approach to asana (the poses) with a fun and upbeat playlist. ✨
