These spiritual gangsters spent two weeks in Tucson to complete their 300-hour yoga teacher training under the tutelage of Scott and Ida of . Congrats and enjoy the memories.
First time ever: Our friends (and teachers) from Yoga Oasis took over our space for their latest teacher training. 🧘🏼♀️💫 Their 7-7-7 format is one week of training each month for 3 months. They dived into 300+ poses, explored deep yoga philosophy, and elevated their practice like never before. It was the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and zen. ⊹ ࣪ ˖🪷🧿🌿ॐ

Congratulations to ‘s newly minted teachers. This group of 21 strong laughed and learned over the last 4 months with the expert guidance of and company. Now they’re ready to take on the world - or at least teach some yoga 🧘🏾♀️.

Scott and Ida worked their magic in Tucson for the past two weeks. One group of students came from parts near and far to immerse themselves in history, pranayama, and lots and lots of practice. The other group of teachers honed their 26 + 2 teaching skills to share with their students back home. All in all it was a yoga fest. For more information visit ghoshyoga.org.
Ida and Scott from Ghosh Yoga are back in town for the next two weeks. This week they’re hosting a continuing education course for teachers on Teaching 26 + 2. Meet Paul, the man behind our flourishing garden. His green thumb has transformed this utility area into a food forest. When he’s not tending to the garden, you can find Paul selling cars and making gourmet meals out of our toaster oven. He’s one-of-a-kind and we claim him as one of our own. Ghosh Yoga just wrapped up their Teaching Week. From their website, GhoshYoga.Org: “At Teaching Week you will learn teaching techniques including how to see what your students are doing, how to read a student's posture, which instructions to give and why, how to give corrections & adjustments, how use your breath and how to use your voice.
You will also learn anatomy, body mechanics, physiology and history that illuminate the therapeutic purpose of individual postures and the overall arc of a yoga class.” These students from all across the country relished their time exploring with Scott and Ida.
Nikki and the gang from stopped by last weekend to kick off their teacher training. Looking forward to another year partnering with this amazing bunch. Here’s wishing these hearts and minds an exceptional journey on the path they’ve chosen.
