It’s Still a Sellers’ Market If you’re deciding whether to rent or buy in 2022, consider the many financial benefits that come with owning a home.

Interesting times right now, I do see a slight slowdown in buyers which i believe to be a good thing for the market and more importantly First time home buyers and families looking to purchase a home. Personally the buyers I'm seeing affected are the Big Funds(Investment firms) and Investors. It looks like some are starting to get cold feet. Yes the rates are higher which mean less house for higher payment at the end of the day the American dream of purchasing a home for everyday Americans is starting to look less competitive and actually possible. Which for me is why I got in the business of real estate, don't get me wrong I love working with investors its just really nice to see regular people have the opportunity now. Whats your thoughts?
