Real Estate Market ​Update for Tucson, AZ ​ - October 2023

Land fraud listings are happen ing everywhere. I research the land owners and the person that is making the inquiry to list their land. This to insure I am listing a property with the actual owners of the land. We now require a drivers license prior to listing a lot. So sad we need to do this, but it is for everyone’s protection.
