Over the years this honey has been featured throughout our menu; in vinaigrettes and marinades, in Italian buttercreams on beautiful cakes (including Mona’s wedding cakes!), and it can also be found on the shelves of our sweet little market.
Mona is a Master Beekeeper and is a passionate teacher, sharing knowledge about bees and pollination through presentations and outreach!

Our scones have been a stronghold of our baking program since Jasper started making them, 6 at a time, in 2015.
Lines started forming before they came out of the oven and the quantities increased.
Many items have come and gone over the years… and while these buttermilk scones are labor intensive (always made by hand, mixers destroy scones), we can’t bear to take them away from our guests.
