Our fresh housemade Jewish Rye was designed to hold loads of meat. We do a seedless variety (just means the caraway is ground) typical on the East Coast. The Club Bread is kind of a half sour, and is the perfect combo for our hot brisket sandwiches and our housemade deli choices of turkey, roast beef, and spicy(ish) egg salad.
Our cold cut and egg salad sandwiches are just $8, so swing through for some affordable scratch food without any nitrites and preservatives!

Serving up those huge 12oz Pastrami Reubens made with our 4 week dry-cured pastrami that gets smoked for 5-6 hours before getting steamed.

So, we are a deli. Not big fans of people that have never been here and coming at us like we’re the Knesset or a division of the US Department of State. We make sandwiches. Yes, proud of our Jewish heritage, but no, contrary to subreddits, we control nothing but the sandwiches coming out of our shop.

Headed on a dad and lad adventure to Arkansas. You know he had to have a huuuuge black and white for the road! Mom made sure to dress him in a “My Dad is a Big Deal” tee. 🤣
When the Jewish Federation of Tulsa asks you to make hamantaschen, you promise to make them better than what you grew up with (ya’ll know what I mean). Making Nutella, Bourbon Chocolate, and Orange Cream Hamantaschen. If we have extra, we’ll stock the shop.
Babka training with Mily and Gabriel! It’s going down!!!
Training up the team on pastrami making. We dry cure (no brining here) for a month before we smoke and steam it. Devry and Jassmine are washing the cure off while I give it the rub (recipe courtesy of Rabbi Kaimen). After a 6 hour smoke, Jason (our catch all person) will put these in steaming pans where we’ll steam overnight. It’s a long journey from brisket to pastrami sandwich!!!
Doing bagel training with some of the Gambill's Pastaria & Grocery prep team. We hand roll and boil our bagels before baking. The crew’s excited to learn and help make sure we always have freshly baked bagels!!!
Getting the team trained up on Deli prep! Making lox (gravlax) today. We do a 48-72 hour cure on ours.
It has been a moment, but I’m back in the kitchen training a new team on bread making. All our bread, meats, yum yums, are housemade by real humans like me (and Debbie making sure you got pickles)!
